Have spent our 1 night here really good, it was perfect for us. We greatly enjoyed the room, it was spotless and fine. The local staff was friendly. We did not want to leave and would want to stay there again.

Some people working there were arrogant.

Neat and fine room with good beds, central heating, TV, and a writing desk. Particularly good private bathroom.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of my room was impressive, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was very convenient as it was close to transportation and parking. The breakfast provided was excellent and was always served on time. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Rahul who went out of his way to help me have a comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Itsy By Treebo - Kottaram Residency. The newly built hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. The host, Rahul, was friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The breakfast served was decent and provided a good start to the day. Despite a few minor issues mentioned in the database reviews, such as the dusty room and erratic hot water supply, the hotel staff promptly addressed these concerns. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The location of this hotel was convenient, close to my business meetings and restaurants. the building was quite new and looked good. the caretaker was friendly and did his best to make my stay comfortable.

The Wi-Fi did not work, the bathroom door had no lock, and there was no electricity until 7 pm. the breakfast served was not up to par and the bathroom tap was loose.

Spending Xmas Here was a Great Decision

The breakfast was superb with a decent assortment and served by friendly staff. The location made it easy for me to explore nearby tourist attractions and the cozy ambiance made me feel welcome. Further, the room was spacious and accommodating to my needs where I had a comfortable and undisturbed sleep. It was especially nice to receive a small Christmas token when I checked in which added to the holiday spirit.

Despite the charming stay, there were a few areas that can be improved upon. The Wi-Fi signal was weak, which made it challenging to stay connected.

Pleasant stay in a newly built hotel. Comfortable double room for family of 4. Attentive and friendly host Rahul. Breakfast was decent. Good location with soothing sounds of the leaves at night. Supportive staff and manager. Limited but tasty and reasonable food. Would like to visit again

Our stay was wonderful. The location is stunning and we enjoyed the beautiful tall trees that surrounded the hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our room was spotless and comfortable. We particularly loved the hot water availability for our convenience. The breakfast was excellent and served hot with timely fashion. The rooms were spacious and had amazing facilities. We had a wonderful stay with our children here, and we will definitely be returning soon.

We were disappointed that there was no kitchen on the premises and no room service available.
